Press the handprint. Pick up the blue block. Tap the rectangle battery cover on the bottom right. Tap the dead battery inside to remove it, then place the new blue block in it, then tap it to put the cover back on. Tap the handprint. Take the puzzle piece.

Proceed to the next 100 Doors Aliens Space level!
