Open the toilet flap and you'll see the word "MIN" on it.
This means that the stacks of toilet paper 2, 4, 3 is 243 minutes. 243 minutes is 4 hours and 3 minutes.

Go to the clock in the corner of the room and move it clockwise 4 hours and 3 minutes ahead from the current time on YOUR phone/device.
Press the door to open it.
Proceed to the next 100 Toilets level!
