Cabin Escape Walkthrough:
Collect the book of matches and head back into the kitchen. Select the fireplace on the left-hand side of the room and place the papers then the matchbox from your inventory to light the fire.

Step back and head towards the kitchen on the left. Select the book on the counter and take a picture of the homework displayed in the book.

Move back into the bedroom and go back to the bookshelf where you found the typewriter. Click the long toolbox on the middle shelf and a keypad entry will open. Refer back to the picture you took of the homework for the first four numbers. Solve the problem in order to get the fifth number. (Answer: 25318) Once the toolbox opens, four different bowls of power will appear with roman numerals above them. Take a sample of powder from each bowl and exit the toolbox.

Exit the bedroom and go back to the fireplace in the kitchen. Test each powder in the fireplace in order from I, II, III, IV. Remember the colors of the flames in order. Head back into the bedroom and select the hardwood box on the bedside table. There are four green circles on the top of the box. Click each circle and they will change colors. The sequence of colors from each powder in the fireplace will be your code to open the box. (Answer left to right: Blue Red Purple Green) Collect the light bulb and wooden cross from the box.
