Pick up the clogged wheel on the ground near the wooden oar on the ground. |
Tap the wheel on the left. Insert the three cogs from your inventory into position.

Drag the paddles you got from the boat to the big wheel in the water. Tap the wheel and the power will turn on and lower the water. Pick up the oar. |
Go down the path.
Pick up the stick from the torch on the crate. Drag the wooden planks to fill in the missing planks. Drag the nails to the planks, then the hammer to the planks to set them. Go to the boat. |

Drag the oar into the lilypads in the water to move them. Tap the floating body and take the matchbox. |
Double-tap the matchbox in your inventory and put the puzzle together.
