After you talked to the man, you'll know that he wants you to fix his fence. Go to the right door in the police station and pick up the book. Use the map and go to the tree. Go down the road and pick up the red paint. |
Use the map and go to the far right (the guy's house). Drag the red paint to the missing boards area. Talk to the guy. He'll give you special paint and you'll gain ethereal sight.

Use the map to go to the bar and pawn shop area. Tap the arrow in the top right corner and tap the eye to use ethereal sight. Drag the paint can to the symbol on the left before ethereal sight turns off. |
Go to the theater and use ethereal sight to find another symbol.
