Hidden Escape Level 79 Walkthrough

Pick up a balloon from the box and place on top of large helium tank.

Tap and hold balloon on tank until it's fully blown up, then drag to a kid. Do this 3 times.
Tap the lever behind the last kid after she disappears.
Proceed to the next level!
