Go into the lab and tap the microscope. Drag the two pieces of the bloody paper onto the zoomed in plate. Drag the green cleaning liquid onto the piece of paper.

Go to the jewelry store and talk to the lady. Drag the circular neclace to the top of the red pillow, and the white star gem to the bottom, then the pink gem into the center of that. |
Go back to the morgue and talk to the girl.
